Dave Kruchten

Director of Client Development

Dave brings over 30 years of experience at the intersection of IT and business, leveraging technology to drive meaningful outcomes for client organizations. For the past decade, he has specialized in ServiceNow, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys. Dave is passionate about helping organizations harness technology as a force multiplier—accelerating business velocity, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling strategic growth.

Kevin Kraft

Director of Customer Success

Kevin brings a broad range of experience across industries including healthcare, banking, insurance, and medical device manufacturing. He has held senior roles in sales, business development, and program management, with a strong background in enterprise software, IT strategy, and strategic staffing. Over the years, Kevin has worked with technologies such as CRM, ERP, Data Management, Data Cleansing, Business Intelligence and AI tools to support operational and revenue growth. He has served as Vice President of Sales, Director of Business Development, and Programs Director for the Society for Information Management (SIM). Kevin holds a degree in Business Marketing and Sales Management with a minor in Economics. He is passionate about building lasting client relationships and helping organizations succeed through technology and innovation.

Paola Quesada

Director of Human Resources

With over a decade of experience across both public and private sectors, Paola Quesada has built a strong career in administrative management, innovation, and strategic leadership. She began her journey in the public sector, focusing on improving internal processes and operational efficiency. She later moved into the tech industry, where she led innovation projects, drove digital transformation, and promoted the use of technology to enhance performance. As HR Manager, she led key initiatives in talent development, organizational growth, and company culture. Her strategic approach led to her appointment as Director, where she now oversees cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and executive decision-making. Paola’s leadership continues to drive company growth with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and people-first development.

Aaron Acuña

Human Talent Director

Aaron is our Senior Recruiter, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Costa Rica development center. He brings over 20 years of experience in IT recruitment across Latin America, the United States, and Europe. With a background in Psychology and Web Development, Aaron combines technical knowledge with strong insight into people, helping him identify and hire top-tier talent. Since joining Excel Nearshore in 2012, he has played a key role in building high-performing teams.
